(Casselman, ON) On September 3, 2013 OPP Constable Pam Como responded to an assist By-Law officer on Principale Street in Casselman. At that location the By-Law officer was dealing with an ATV operator that had committed some offences. The OPP investigated the matter and verified some information on police computer. It was concluded that some offences were committed.
Miguel G. DAZE, 20 years old of Casselman will have to appear in L’Orignal traffic court to answer to the following charges:
HTA 53(1) Driving while under suspension
HTA Reg 316 17 Drive Off Road Vehicle – no insurance
He was also issued an offence notice for a By-law infraction.
