(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Thursday, September 12, 2013, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) will be at the Markdale Foodland, 180 Toronto St. S., in the Municipality of Grey Highlands, between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. in support of the Flesherton and Community Food Bank.
There are times throughout the year when supplies are down and the food bank shelves need replenishing in order to meet the demand in the community.
The Flesherton and Community Food Bank need your assistance. Food items most needed are: cereal, oatmeal, school snacks, drinking boxes and canned fruit, however, any non-perishable food item will be gratefully accepted. Dish soap and laundry soap are also needed.
We invite you to come by and help us – help them – by stuffing the OPP cruiser with non-perishable food items this Thursday!
