The Ontario Provincial Police, a West Region Traffic officer was conducting radar patrol on Muir Road, on Tuesday September 10, 2013. At approximately 7:03 a.m. the officer observed a motorcycle travelling at a high rate of speed. The officer clocked a 2002 Suzuki motorcycle at over 140 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone.
The driver of the vehicle Dennis JOHANNSEN 41 years of age from the County of Brant was charged under the legislation for Stunt Driving and his vehicle was seized for 7 days and he received a 7-day license suspension.
