(Collingwood, Ontario) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged a female motorist on Friday with driving whicle disqualified after she left the Collingwood court.
On Friday the 13th of September 2013, a court officer observed a female drive her car shortly after she had left the Collingwood courthouse and being imposed a 1 year driving suspension by the courts. The female was arrested and transported to Collingwood detachment for processing.
Charged is 46 year-old Gail STEFFAN of Amherst, Nova Scotia, she is facing a Criminal Code charge of drive disqualified. She is to appear in Collingwood court on the 22nd of October 2013. Her car was also impounded for 45 days.
