(WELLINGTON NORTH TWP, ON) On Saturday September 14, 2013 at approximately 4:00am Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received a report that an Arthur resident was watching two suspicious males around his neighbour’s van. The males were confronted and one fled the scene. Police attended and one of the males was arrested by police.
Kevin HARPER age 21 of the Town of Minto is charged with Possession of Break In Instruments, Trespass near a Dwelling House contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The investigation is continuing.
