(PUSLINCH TWP, ON) – On Saturday September 14, 2013 at approximately 12:15am Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers investigated a parked 2000 Ford Focus with two males at the 401 West Service Station in Puslinch Township. Equipment used to commit credit card fraud was observed in the vehicle.
Lubomir ALEXANDROV age 49 and Lambrin GUEORGUIEV age 47 both of Montreal are charged with Fraud Over $5000, Conspriacy to Commit an Indictable Offence, Instrument for Use in Forging Credit Cards, and Possess Credit Card Data contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. The males were held for a bail hearing.
The investigation is continuing.
