(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON) On Sunday September 15, 2013, at approximately 2:28am, officers from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a 1993 Ford on Garafraxa Street West, Fergus, Centre Wellington Township. The male driver had consumed alcohol and a Roadside Screening Device test was administered which resulted in a fail.
Wilfred MULHALL age 57 of Fergus has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on October 11, 2013 to answer to the charge.
