(TILLSONBURG, ON.). – On September 14, 2013, at approximately 7:19am a member of Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) observed a motor vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on Highway #3, in Tillsonburg.
As a result of the traffic stop and investigation, police have charged 23 year old Travis HURLEY of Tillsonburg with the following:
Race a motor vehicle – Highway Traffic Act
Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood alcohol Content/Motor Vehicle – Criminal Code of Canada
The Vehicle has been impounded for 7 days and the male was given a 90 day ADLS (Administrative driver’s licence suspension) Driver’s Licence suspension.
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on October 1, 2013.
