(NOTTAWASAGA, ON) The Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), the Police Services Board (PSB) and the Townships of Essa, Adjala-Tosorontio and the Town of New Tecumseth wish to invite the Public to an upcoming information session on Wednesday September 25th, 2013 at 7:00pm.
These information sessions are part of the business plan of the PSB and are designed to give members of the public an opportunity to provide input into what they believe policing priorities should be for their community for the future and provide feedback.
This information session will be held at the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio Administration building at 7855 30th sideroad of Alliston, Ontario in the community room.
The OPP will demonstrate a police cruiser equipped with an Automated Licence Plate Recognition system to show its potential use and effectiveness in our Community. As well, Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) Officer Lawrenson will be on hand to discuss the challenges affecting children now in society.
