Paul BARCLAY – Drunk Driving

(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Sunday September 22, 2013 just after 7:00pm Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a male on the side of Brunel Rd relieving himself. By the time the officer parked his cruiser the male was back in his vehicle.

Officers spoke to the driver and found that he had been drinking. As a result Paul BARCLAY (20yrs) of Bracebridge Ont. was arrested and charged with having more than 80mgs of alcohol per 100mltrs of blood. The accused will appear in Huntsville court on October 13, 2013 to answer to his charges.

The Pontiac Grand Am was towed for the mandatory 7-day Motor Vehicle Impoundment and A 90 day Administrative Licence Suspension through the Ministry of Transportation.
