(ADELAIDE-METCALFE, ON)- On Friday September 20, 2013 at 10:26 a.m. police responded to a single vehicle collision on Melbourne Road in Adelaide-Metcalfe. Police learned that Ford pick-up truck was towing a trailer, with a load of gravel on Melbourne Road. It was reported that the vehicle left the roadway, striking a sign, causing the vehicle to lose its load. As a result of an investigation police have issued the driver Murray CAMPBELL, age 61 of Strathroy-Caradoc a Provincial Offence Notice (PON) for Careless Driving, as per section 130 of the HTA. The driver was released from the scene without incident and no injuries were reported.
