(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On September 23, 2013 at approximately 7:50pm Quinte West OPP officers stopped a vehicle on Byron St for a traffic violation.
Police spoke to a male and female party in the vehicle and after a brief investigation information was received that the driver of the motor vehicle was released recently from custody with conditions by Kingston Police Service. One of the conditions was that the male party was not to be with the female passenger in the vehicle.
The 42 year old driver from Tamworth was arrested for breaching his conditions and is awaiting a bail hearing today at 1:00pm at 15 Bridge St West, Belleville.
