(PENETANGUISHENE, ON) This afternoon, shortly after 1:00PM, officers from the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) located Jamie FARQUHAR – LOCKETT in the Town of Penetanguishene.
He has since been returned to the Waypoint Centre for Mental Health.
