(TEMAGAMI, ON) Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Highway Safety Division were travelling on Highway 11 when they stopped a vehicle that was believed to have a radar warning device on September 19, 2013 at approximately 1:35 p.m.
Police seized the device and the 49-year-old driver is facing charges.
Andrea TULLOCH of Kirkfield is charged for Drive Motor Vehicle with Speed Measuring Warning Device – section 79(2), and Drive Commercial Motor Vehicle no licence – section 32(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
