(THAMES CENTRE, ON) – On Saturday September 28, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single vehicle collision on eastbound Highway 401east of Elgin Road in the Municipality of Thames Centre. Police learned that an eastbound Lexus automobile passed another vehicle at a high rate of speed when it ran off the roadway into the south ditch and rolled several times, eventually resting on its roof. The driver and two adult passengers were transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. As a result of an investigation police charged the male driver Thi Mai VU, age 47 of Toronto, ON with Careless Driving.
