(CITY OF TEMISKAMING SHORES, ON) A member of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on patrol conducting speed enforcement on September 24, 2013 at approximately 10:06 am.
Police observed a northbound vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was stopped and the driver is facing charges.
Erik BROWN 31 years of Mississauga is charged for Stunt Driving – Speeding by 50 or more km/hr, section 172(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
As a result of this offence the vehicle was towed and impounded for 7 days.
