(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were advised of an impaired driver that had left a bar in the County of Brant.
At approximately 6:55 p.m. Sunday September 29th, 2013, an officer located the 2013 Fiat on Dunsdon Street in the City of Brantford. The officer stopped the vehicle and while talking to the male driver he observed all the signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver was transported to the Brantford City Police Service for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Michael DUNN 42 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following Criminal charges
Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol content
Impaired Driving
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on October 18th, 2013 to answer to the charges.
