(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On October 2, 2013 at approximately 10:53 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) members while on general patrol observed two suspicious vehicles parked near the Tillsonburg water park.
Further investigation resulted in the arrest of three males.
Police have charged 18 year old Peter BARTSCH of Tillsonburg, 18 year old Ben BERG of Tillsonburg under the Trespass to Property Act with:
Adult Enter premises when entry prohibited
Police have also charged a 16 year old male of Tillsonburg under the Trespass to Property Act with:
Young Person Enter premises when entry prohibited
All three males were released with Provincial Offences Notices.
There were no signs of mischief to the property.
The 16 year old youth cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
