(HUNTSVILLE, ON) As a result of an ongoing investigation, a search warrant was conducted at a residence on Highway #141.
On October 2, 2013 at around 6:00pm Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Huntsville Community Drug Action Team (CDAT), Drug Enforcement Section (DES) and Central Region Canine attended a property on Highway #141 and seized a substantial amount of product relating to trafficking of illegal substances. The street value of the product received was in the amount of approximately $40,000.00. Krystal COULSON (30yrs) and Dwayne GAGNON (34yrs) of Huntsville, Ontario have been arrested and charged with the following offences:
Possession of Schedule I Substance – Cocaine
Possession of Schedule II Substance for the purpose of Trafficking – under 3Kg
Possession of Schedule II Substance – Marihuana
Produce a Schedule II Substance – (other than Marihuana)
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Both of the accused have been held for a bail hearing and will appear in Bracebridge Court on October 3, 2013 to answer to their charges.
