(Hwy# 37, Belleville) – On October 3, 2013 at 12:50 a.m. Central Hastings O.P.P stopped a southbound vehicle on Highway # 37 near Moira Road in the City of Belleville after it was observed to only have one functioning headlight and a dim tail light. It was discovered that the driver had been consuming alcohol and he subsequently failed a roadside screening device. As a result of the investigation 48 year old Paul CRAIG of Belleville, ON was arrested and charged with Driving with More than 80mgs of Alcohol in Blood. He will appear in Belleville Provincial Court on October 17, 2013.
