A tractor trailer travelling westbound transporting two towable log slashers when one of the log slashers hit the train trussel. As a result, the log slasher bounced off the trussel and hit an eastbound tractor trailer which was carrying lumber. The log slasher came to rest in the westbound lane causing both lanes of traffic to be closed. Traffic is being re-routed.
The driver of the tractor trailer carrying lumber suffered minor injuries. The investigation is ongoing and charges pending.
