(WEBBWOOD, ON.) – Between October 8th and October 10th, 2013, members of the Espanola OPP conducted several theft and break and enter investigations in the Town of Webbwood. A business and a number of apartments and sheds were broken in to.
Officers identified and arrested the persons responsible for the offences. Charged are:
Tony LIVELY (18) of Nairn-Hyman Township- 4 counts of Possession of Stolen Property, 3 counts of Break Enter and Commit Indictable Offence, 1 Breach of Undertaking.
Tyana SANDIFORD (19) of Webbwood – 1 count Breach of Recognizance.
One young person, who cannot be named, 3 counts of Possession of Stolen Property, 3 counts of Break, Enter and Commit Indictable Offence.
The three will appear in Espanola Court to answer to the charges.
