(Bancroft, Ontario) – At approximately 06:51 a.m. on Saturday the 12th of October 2013, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received the report of an impaired driver in a private parking lot on Valleyview Drive in the Town of Bancroft. Officers attended the location and arrested a male driver of a pickup truck.
52 year old Marlin DICKINSON of Bancroft, Ontario has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and operate a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood. Mr. DICKINSON was released on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear on the 19th of November 2013 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft, Ontario.
