(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On May 19, 2013 Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a rural property along Perth Line 43 east of Amulree where the owner reported the theft of a farm wagon.
Investigation revealed that a vehicle had been observed towing the wagon away from the property to a New Dundee address where it was sold. Police identified a suspect and continued their investigation.
David SPIES (36) of Kitchener has since been charged with “theft under $5,000.00â€Â, and “possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.00â€Â. He remains in custody until October 28, 2013 when he is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford to answer to the charges.
