Roger MCCOAG – Drunk Driving

(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) Shortly before 5 p.m. on Monday October 21, 2013 Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to a residence on Princess St. in Millbank where a Dodge Mini Van had driven into a wood pile located along the driveway.

Upon police arrival it was determined that the male driver of the van displayed signs of impairment. The driver was transported to the North Perth OPP Detachment in Listowel where he refused to provide breath samples.

Roger MCCOAG (48) a resident of the Municipality of North Perth has been charged with “driving while ability impaired”, and with “fail or refuse to provide a breath sample”. He is required to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Listowel on Monday November 25, 2013 to answer to these charges. He has received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his van has been impounded for seven days.
