(ENGLEHART, ON) – A 46-year-old man is charged for littering on the
highway following observations from a witness on October 12, 2013 at
approximately 12:44 p.m.
A member of the Englehart Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police
(OPP) responded to a complaint of a pick-up truck throwing an ideal
amount of garbage onto Highway 11 at Evanturel Township.
The investigating officer located and stopped the suspect vehicle.
Further investigation resulted in Shannon OWEN of North
Algona-Wilberforce Township is charged for Litter on Highway –
section 180 of the Highway Traffic Act.
