(NOTTAWASAGA, ON)- On October 23, 2013 at 7:13pm, the Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were operating laser radar at the 9th Concession of Essa when a vehicle came through the laser beam at 138 kilometers (km/hour) per hour in a posted 80 km/hour zone.
Charged with Stunt Driving is Justin SHORT of Etobicoke, Ontario, his licence was suspended and his vehicle was towed. He will appear in court on 13 November, 2013 to answer to the charge.
