(Hammond, ON) On October 26, 2013 OPP Constable Bergeron responded to a call on Du Golf Road near Hammond. At that location a witness observed a female dumping garbage on the side if the road. The witness obtained some information for the vehicle. The officer located the operator of the vehicle. He investigated the matter and as a result a person was charged
