(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 33 year old man with Drinking and Driving related offences after investigating a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Greens Road and Mines Road, Haldimand County, ON.
On Tuesday October 29th, 2013 at approximately 9:50 pm Police received a complaint of a suspicious vehicle at the intersection of Greens Road and Mines Road. Upon arrival of Police it was determined that a single motor vehicle collision involving a black 2010 Hyundai car had occurred, in which the car had left the road and struck a road sign.
As a result of the investigation 33 year old Jeremy BARRETT of Ancaster, ON has been charge with Impaired Driving, and Driving over the legal limit of alcohol. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
