(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Thursday, October 31, 2013 at approximately 8:00 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended Huron Tractor located on Grey Rd. 40 in the Township of Chatsworth in response to a man who had fallen approximately 30 feet from a ladder onto a cement floor.
The victim, a 41 year old Meaford man, was transported by ambulance to the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre in Owen Sound with unknown injuries.
The Ministry of Labour is investigating.
