Carl FOWLER – Drunk Driving

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON)- On Sunday November 3, 2013 at 4:54 p.m. members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police responded to a two vehicle collision on Adelaide Street at Elginfield Road, Middlesex Centre. Police soon discovered that one of the involved drivers had been drinking. A roadside screening test was completed and the driver registered a fail. The driver was placed under arrested at the scene and transported to the Lucan OPP detachment for further tests. Two parties were transported to a local hospital, where they were treated and later released with minor injuries.

As a result of an investigation police have charged Carl FOWLER, age 39 of London, ON with Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood, as per Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code.

The accused was later released from police custody by-way of a Promise to Appear (PTA) and is scheduled to appear in a London court room on December 3, 2013 to speak to the charges.
