(Hwy# 37 Belleville, ON) – On November 14, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P responded to a single vehicle collision on Highway# 37 near Black Diamond Road in the City of Belleville. The investigation revealed a southbound car that was attempting to pass several other southbound vehicles lost control and entered a ditch. The 35 year old male driver of Belleville, ON was charged with Careless Driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
