(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a male after police investigated an incident at an Austin Crescent, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Sunday, November 16, 2014 at approximately 6:20 a.m., police were contacted by concerned homeowners after a male entered their residence.
Through investigation it has been determined that a male entered a residence and became involved in a verbal altercation which then turned into a physical confrontation.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged a 26 year old male of Norfolk County, Ontario with unlawfully in dwelling house and assault causing bodily harm.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
