(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Tuesday November 18th, 2014, at 3:18pm a Quinte West OPP unmarked cruiser was involved in a motor vehicle collision with a civilian motorist on Division St. in Trenton.
As a result of the investigation, a Quinte West male was arrested at the scene for impaired driving.
Eugene MORAN, 74, of Quinte West has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle as well as Readings Over 80milligrams in One Millilitres of Blood.
MORAN was released with a court date of December 4, 2014.
There were no injuries as a result of the collision.
