(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) -On November 27, 2014 at approximately 3:05 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to the Walmart Store in Fergus for a theft. A male did not pay for 3 CD’s and a watch. He was followed to a vehicle by the store Loss Prevention Officer and police were called. Officers attended and made an arrest.
David KOCH age 34 of Fergus is charged with Theft Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code. He is to appear in Guelph Court on January 6, 2015 to answer to the charge.
