(NAPANEE, ON)- On Thursday, December 4rd, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. an officer with the OPP Highway Safety Division stopped a male driver for stunt driving (speeding 154 km/h) on Highway 401 westbound at Deseronto Road in Tyendinaga Township.
The male was given a roadside alcohol screening test and failed. He was transported to the Napanee OPP detachment for further breath tests.
Charged with over 80mgs contrary to the Criminal Code, having open liquor in a motor vehicle contrary to the Liquor Licence Act, and stunt driving contrary to the Highway Traffic Act is 40 year-old Johann DANDRADE of Scarborough.
He was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to attend court on December 16th.
