(CULROSS TWP, ON) – On December 3, 2014 at 5:50 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a Red Ford F150 in the ditch along Concession 12 in Culross Township. Officers arrived and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Fifty-eight year old Timothy McEACHERN of Brockton has been charged with impaired care or control, care or control over 80 milligrams and open liquor other than residence. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 19, 2015 to answer to the charges.
