(LEAMINGTON ON) – A Lakeshore man is facing several criminal codes charges following a traffic stop on Friday December 5th in Leamington.
At approximately 1:00 am police stopped a black Dodge pick up for speeding on Highway 77. The driver was subsequently arrested and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, refuse to provide a breath sample, resist arrest and possession of a controlled substance.
Ken FRIESEN, 30 was released and will be appearing in court in Leamington on January 15th 2015.
