(THUNDER BAY, ON) On Monday, December 8, 2014 at approximately 3:15 pm, officers from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single vehicle collision on Highway 61 between the Harbour Expressway and Arthur Street.
The driver of a Buick Lesabre was south bound on Highway 61 when the driver entered the south bound ditch and collided with a light post standard.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured. The vehicle sustained extensive damage.
The 68 year old male driver from Thunder Bay was issued an Offence Notice for Failing to Drive in a Marked Lane contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
