(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) -Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 20 year old male with stunt driving following a traffic stop on Richmond Street in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre.
On December 8, 2014 at approximately 9:22 p.m., police observed a car that appeared to be travelling at a high rate of speed on Richmond Road. Police determined the vehicle was travelling in excess of 50 km/h over the posted 80 km/h speed limit.
Charged under the Stunt Drive legislation is 20 year old male driver Arben VESELI of London, Ontario. He is to appear in a London provincial courtroom at a later date to answer to the charge.
OPP are reminding all motorists that the minimum fine for Stunt Driving, if convicted is $2,000 and an automatic drivers licence suspension for 7 days.
