(Centre Hastings, ON) – On June 23, 2012 Central Hastings OPP received a complaint of repetitive indecent phone calls that a Centre Hastings residence was receiving from a male that targeted his comments towards three adolescent females in the home. As a result of the investigation 28 year old Nathaniel FUDGE of Belleville, ON was charged with Indecent Telephone Calls and Criminal Harassment. On March 8, 2013 he failed to appear for a scheduled court date and he was subsequently charged with Failing to Appear. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
On December 9, 2014 FUDGE was arrested and he will appear in Ontario Provincial Court – Belleville for a bail hearing today.
