(KAPUSKASING, ON.) – At approximately 3:26 p.m. on Friday December 5, 2014, officers from the Ontario Provincial Police Kapuskasing detachment were dispatched to the Cite Des Jeunes High School in the Town of Kapuskasing, Ontario in response to written threats made towards students at the school.
As a result of the investigation, police have arrested and charged a 14 year old male from Kapuskasing with 11 counts of Uttering threats, cause death or bodily harm contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused has been released from custody by way of an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kapuskasing on January 26, 2015.
