(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On December 20, 2014 at approximately 2:40 a.m. members of Oxford County OPP received information regarding a possible impaired driver.
The vehicle was located travelling southbound on Fox Alley in Tillsonburg.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 34 year old Jonathan FORDE of Hamilton under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Drive While Ability Impaired – motor vehicle
Fail or Refuse to Provide Sample
The OPP will continue to educate and step up enforcement this holiday season in our attempt to make sure drivers are doing so sober.
Sober driving is everyone’s responsibility. Passengers and those hosting festive events have equal responsibility in ensuring that anyone who is drinking alcohol or taking drugs does not get behind the wheel of a motor vehicle.
