(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Friday January 9th, 2015, at 4:30pm East Region OPP Highway Safety Division was conducting a RIDE initiative at the intersection of Will Johnson Road and Maple View Road in the City of Quinte West.
A road side investigation led to a 62 year old male providing a roadside breath sample to which he registered a fail. The male was arrested at the scene for over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 mililitres of blood.
Edward Allan ANDERSON of Frankford was charged with Over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 mililitres of blood. The accused was released on a Promise to Appear. His first appearance date is on January 22nd, 2015, at the Ontario Court of Justice, 15 Bridge Street, Belleville, ON.
