(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate a vehicle travelling eastbound in the westbound lanes of Highway 115 near County Road 28. Numerous callers reported a red GMC pickup driving the wrong way at 8:30 pm last night.
Blair Watson (age 36) of Peterborough is charged with impaired driving, driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood and dangerous driving. The accused is due in Peterborough Provincial Court on February 19, 2015.
