(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On January 23, 2015, just after 1:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received a complaint that the male driver of a Dodge pickup was driving erratically and exposing his genitals to another driver on Highway 401 eastbound, near Merlin Road.
Chatham-Kent OPP officers located and stopped the pickup, and spoke with the driver. Subsequent OPP investigation resulted in the driver, 49 year old Paul FOURNIER, from Tiny Township, ON, being charged with Indecent Act In A Public Place, under the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will appear in a Chatham court on February 25, 2015, to answer to the charge.
