(Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate a break in to a residence in the Hope Mill area just after 4:00pm yesterday.
Suspect(s) forced a side door to gain access to the residence and once inside personal items were taken. The entry occurred between 10:00am and 3:30pm, while the home was unoccupied.
Police are asking residents in the area to be vigilant and report any suspicious persons or vehicles in their community to police.
