(Selwyn Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Buckhorn Road at Curve Lake Road for a traffic violation just after 12:00pm yesterday.
The two men in the car were in possession of approximately 10,000 illegal cigarettes and tobacco products.
Mark Joseph PPRINDIVILLE (age 53) and Glen Raymond WILSON (age 46) both of Dysart Et Al Township are charged with Possession of Unmarked Cigarettes and Possession of Unmarked Tobacco Products for sale under the Tobacco Tax Act. The accused males are scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on June 8, 2015.
