(Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting radar patrol on Highway 7 just before 8:00pm on Friday. A vehicle was clocked at 180km/h in the posted 80km/h zone.
Jeremy JOHNSTON (age 25) of Havelock, ON is charged with stunt driving, his licence suspended for 7 days and will appear in court on June 08, 2015. The accused’s 2011 Nissan was towed from the scene and impounded.
