Elgin County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating the theft of a utility cargo trailer from the Ontario Mould Specialist’s property located at 11656 Plank Road, Municipality of Bayham. The trailer contained air scrubbers, vacuums, air compressors, generators and other assorted tooling. The property will have OMS” markings
